I don’t believe in gods or an afterlife. I believe in existentialism … that is basically that individual humans create the meanings of their own lives. Whatever you believe in is fine with me, just please have the courtesy to not try to convert me. That said, I quite enjoy theoretical philosophical discussions, but I know it’s hard to have those without upsetting someone.

I dislike being defined to by my gender, and don’t identify with feminism. I consider myself to be an egalitarianist instead - i don’t believe in fighting for women’s rights, i believe in fighting for the equal rights of all humans.

My political beliefs fall closest to libertarian - personal freedom is something i feel strongly about, yet had resigned myself to the idea of living without. I have realised in recent years that i am not alone in wanting a smaller government - one that is not left or right wing, but one that is pro-liberty. I’m not interested in having any of my life dictated to me by any government, but that doesn’t look set to change any time soon.
