1. i hate bean sprouts
2. popping bubblewrap makes me happy
3. navel oranges are my favourite fruit
4. i haven’t eaten chocolate in over 4 months
5. time goes by fastest for me (other than sleeping) when i am doing things by myself because i zone out. this includes playing computer games, watching movies or painting.

These are my favourite things to have for lunch, if I’m not having something brought from home.

1. Energy roll [organic brown rice, organic tofu, spinach, capsicum, basil, garlic and tomato - made by Byron Gourmet Pies]

2. Chinese - beef in black bean or sweet + sour pork or mongolian lamb w/ steamed rice

3. Japanese - chicken teriyaki or chicken katsu w/ rice, or chicken yaki soba

4. Fruit salad and yoghurt

5. Hamburger

so i’m trying … again … to stop over eating killing myself with food.

[sigh] i hate being obsessed with food. it’s so hard to stop eating, and it’s even harder to stop thinking about it.

a couple of weeks in and then i won’t think about it so much.

went to the north coast for the last few days. what a traumatic experience that was for me. nature got to me, snacked on me … mr leech. wow. i’ve never had a leech before. it is possibly one of the most disgusting things to feel something sliding down your leg, and to look down and see your blood smeared all over your leg and this big fat slug lying on the ground feeling terribly satisfied with itself. ewww ewww ewww. unfortunately, i didn’t have the presence of mind to take a photo of him, but i will take a photo of my wound and upload that, because thats what i do.

our baby boy winston stayed with a friend while we were gone, and uncle d was there to document the event. i have also gotten around to uploading some photos of our little fur-monster to flickr, which you can see by clicking on my images link up top.

my husband is currently making fried dough. yay! yum! i don’t know what i did to deserve the sweet doughy goodness, but i’m glad i did it.

i have started playing warcraft again. i have named my character in honour of my first character, the only one i ever really enjoyed playing, only now i am horde instead of alliance. level 19 undead warrior princess. i am enjoying myself so much i have preordered my very own copy of the burning crusade expansion.

so now i must bid you adieu to eat my fried dough, play some warcraft and revel in the comfort and safety of my own house, safe from intruding critters and creepy crawlies.

i eat too much chocolate. so i am having a chocolate break. 4th day. i’m feeling positive. especially because i found that giving up caffeine is much harder than this. i did get a bad headache yesterday but thats gone now, and hopefully that’ll be all. maybe later, i’ll have a caffeine break too. i sleep better if i dont drink caffeine.

i just found out that your drivers licence can expire and you can get it renewed within 5 years without having to take a drivers test again. 5 years! thats massive. that hardly seems reasonable. i mean, someone can not drive for 20 years, get their licence renewed 4 times and still be legally allowed to operate a vehicle. eek. no wonder driving is so scary sometimes!

i think macerated is a good sounding word. padded bags have macerated paper in them. this makes them suitable for recycling and kerbside collections. just in case you were wondering. i think i might make a list of good sounding words. yes, yes i will.

my dad saw my labret. he didn’t even say hello, he said “i’ve heard those things can damage your front teeth”. i chuckled and asked him if he liked it. he replied that no, no he didn’t. it made me laugh more. at least he’s honest :) i think he just doesn’t like it cos he’s over 60 and a bit oldfashioned. he didn’t even comment on my haircut even after i pointed it out :)

the third single from rammstein’s new album “rosenrot” has been released. it is called “mann gegen mann” and it is a goodly song. the videoclip is interesting. lots of naked men rolling around on the floor together. and till has some long hair thing going on and is pulling weird faces. he looks good with long hair. but most men do. he kinda dances a bit like maynard (apc, tool) in this clip. mmm maynard.
